I have now purchased both heating and cooling systems for 2 houses and had wonderful experiences. It was a big ticket purchase so I had shopped several carriers and found Classic to be the best value. They are represented by Carrier over some lesser bands that were charging more money. Also, they are part of the fabric of the community with a strong local presence in Norther Macomb County and in St. Clair county where my cottage is at. I can recommend them whole heartedly.

Called Monday morning at 8am, air was our all night and it was 90. Not cool!! They had someone out by 9am, Dave was honest about assessing and seeing if it could get done today. It was up and running by 10am. I was so happy!!! Thank you so much. I thought prices were very reasonable!

Classic came out today as my thermostat wasn't working. They fixed it quickly and with no charge, as there was an issue with the wiring which happened during a previous repair. I have used this company for roughly 5 years now. I've had multiple issues with both my heating and cooling since both units are old, and every time they come out they find a way to fix things at a low cost rather than just pushing me to replace. The office staff is so pleasant, the field staff shows up when they say they will and are HONEST and have INTEGRITY, some things that are difficult to come by these days. They are AMAZING and I highly recommend!! Thank you again Classic!!

The furnace in our house when we bought it was only about 6 months old, but after a year of living here it stopped working this weekend. The warranty company gave us a list of 3 places that would service us - Classic Heating and Cooling was the friendliest and fasted in helping us get this fixed (just as the temps dropped). Parts were ordered and 3 days later we are back up and running. The tech was very kind and the whole team was responsive to calls. We are glad we went with them and will use them again next time we need furnace/AC repairs!

Had to call on a Sunday afternoon, someone called us back promptly. The service man stated he had a few customers before us and gave us an approximate time he would get to us. He arrived in just a few hours and was quickly diagnosed the problem. Told us they would be in contact with us in the morning. He did call and give us an update that they were waiting for the part wasn't sure when it would come in. Received a welcomed call telling us the part was located and they were here with a half hour to finish the job! Would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again!! Thank you

I cant say enough good things about this company. From my initial call, they were wonderful. On the phone the person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and knew the right questions to ask me, which helped make sure I was getting the support I needed. I was able to easily set up and appointment. They arrived on time, took off their shoes, figured out how to fix the issue quick and were in their way. No upselling, or trying to charge me ridiculous fees. The whole process was so easy and Im not out hundreds for a simple fix. Thank you all!

We just had our furnace replaced and I highly recommend this company! We have been without heat for days and had a hard time finding anyone who could fit us in during this busy time. We called Classic, exasperated and desperate for help, and they were the best. Barb took care of us and had someone come out and check within a few hours (again, we'd been waiting days for other people). We then discovered the entire unit had to be replaced and Keith explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. After getting back with Barb, they came out the next day to do the installation (Jim and Damiano) and we are now toasty warm after being cold for so many days. They explained to us how to best keep up the furnace and even ordered us some filters so we didn't have to track them down ourselves. In just about 24 hours we called them, got a diagnosis, and got a repair, which feels remarkable given how long we had to wait before finding them. We will definitely continue doing business here and recommend anyone in need of a repair to give them a call! They'll take care of you. Thank you all so much.
